Beth Ann earned her BSN from West Virginia University and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, gaining experience in both inpatient medical-surgical units and outpatient acute care clinics. She has been recruiting for nine years, with the last seven spent working directly for Selective Resources, LLC. As a military spouse accustomed to frequent moves, she understands the challenges candidates face when relocating and helps ease their concerns about the impact on their spouse and children.

She recently returned to a PRN bedside nursing position at a local orthopedic hospital, where she enjoys being part of patients’ recovery while staying current in the delivery of healthcare services.
